We'll return for the clean, comfortable rooms and modern, well kept property all around
Modern and very clean property including the room and public spaces. Free breakfast. Staff were friendly and seem to appreciate us as guests. We like the West Sedona location - it's a peaceful escape from the busier parts of Sedona.
It can be kind of costly, however Sedona in general is more expensive. There is a $25 per night fee to park.

Shower in disrepair. No placeses for dogs to do their business Had to go out in the weather to get from our room to the lobby. $25 fee for parking

Receptionist needs to be fired.
Layout of room was good. Location was as good. Breakfast was exceptional. The cleaning guy at breakfast was amazing.
We had returned by 1 pm and room was not cleaned. We had wanted to rest but left again for cleaning staff to clean. Returned by 3 pm and still not cleaned. Body wash was never refilled. The container was empty. Receptionist could not even smile. Cold and distant lady.

It was very clean and quiet and comfortable. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Went above and beyond for me.
I did not like that I had to pay for parking. I was not aware I had to pay $25 a day for parking. I found that a bit ridiculous.
