Great front desk Isador and customer service. Also Carmen was sweet and handled our requests with care.

The hotel was near to the place we were visiting.
The floor in the room was wet from a leak. The tile in the kitchen had pooling water on the floor. The room was beginning to smell due to the water. When I told the person at the front desk at checkout, she said the floor was wet because the room next door is where their WiFi/internet room was located. I’m not sure why they put us in a room that they knew was unacceptable. We only stayed for one night and checked out early the next morning.
