A delightful stay

The apartment was spacious and light, with 3 large opening windows overlooking views of the city and streets. We were on the third floor. All necessities were catered to. It was good to have a separate toilet. The bathroom had good lighting choices and a lovely big shower and a hairdryer. The sofa bed in the living room was comfortable, and well removed from the bedroom. Lighting choices throughout were good, with both lamps and overhead lights. Cafe noise from the street quietened down by 11 pm. We stayed on Sunday and Monday nights.

Some more coffee pods and tea bags would have been good.

It was a convenient place to stay. Even better without the unpleasant bedding experience.

I have already complaine about the bed in one of the bedrooms. The bedding hasn’t been changed from previous guest. There was a blood stain and hairs on the bottom sheet and in general the bedding needs replacing. I felt uncomfortable about the situation until I found spare bedding in a cupboard. I wasn’t happy paying the cleaning fee when obviously it hadn’t been done properly . The bathroom and toilet were clean. There was lots of dust on the furniture and the bed experience annoyed me. Otherwise the short stay was comfortable.

Beautiful apartment very close to the centre of a lovely city

Everything - the apartment is just beautiful, very well equipped, light and airy, lovely comfortable beds and lounge area - there are two bedrooms so although I was travelling alone it would be great for a family or two couples, the style is traditional French but with some artistic influences. The kitchen had a very well proportioned dining area and was modern and easy to work in. Also it was very helpful to have a washing machine as I had been travelling several days. The information sheet was really helpful and the communication from the host was excellent throughout - thank you

Comfortable quick visit in Vichy

The location was very well with a lot of restaurants and bars. Not to far from stores and shopping streets.

It was not easy finding a parking space nearby.

Delightful!

The apartment was very much to our liking. We loved the location, being on the third floor and being in a part of town, where there was always something happening below in the street. The bakery and grocery store were very close, the station a mere four minute walk. The large living area was quite spectacular with large windows and lots of light streaming in. It was comfortable and we felt at home. The late check- out was a bonus.

Location and facilities were great. Decor and beds were very comfortable.

There was no air con ( old building so not expecting it) but was very hot in the apartment. An air conditioning unit was provided which worked well in the bedroom over night.

An excellent location to have access to the heart of Vichy. Parking is cheap and easy and even free if you're happy to walk to the apartment (400m ish). The apartment is nice and stylish with most things you would require.

Because of the location of the bedroom it really needs air conditioning to stay coolish during hot days and nights. Though this may not affect those used to higher temperatures

A great little apartment, good value for money, but above a noisy restaurant.

The location is very good, close to station, close to car park, close to city centre. (But this also has some disadvantages - see below) Property easy to access and has good working lift (3rd floor property)

A very hot summer. Very warm apartment. a portable air conditioner was provided, but this could not cool the bedrooms or apartment properly. Open windows mean a lot of noise overnight and a bad nights sleep. The apartment is above a restaurant. It’s a very noisy area there are delivery drivers arriving and leaving late in to the night.

Totally recommend

The apartment was generously spacious with high ceilings and lots of large windows making it bright and airy. Advertised as 73 m2 is no exaggeration. we had a good view of L’Hotel de Ville and more if out on the balcony. fantastic kitchen and dining room. The bedroom cosy and bed comfy. Bathroom compact and loved the shower. The hosts very professional, in fact there properties are all managed by https://en.grandemaisonvichy.com They replied on WhatsApp swiftly answering all our questions. We were granted an hours early check-in and late check out, which vastly improved our experience of Vichy. we didn’t use the free parking as it was €3.60/day for the parking Lasteyras and we could see the car from there. We didn’t us the car once as Vichy is so convenient and lovely to walk around.

The area is a little rowdy and it’s a good idea to keep your whits about you when entering the apartment at night but we enjoyed the liveliness all the same.

Great location in city center. Nice appartment with 2 big beds. Very fast internet connection. Several cafes and snack bars around apartment that are open until 11PM or even later

Good location, easy parking, lift. Spacious living area which is great for families.

Noise from the street at night and from neighbours. Cold draught through the main door every time the building door is open. The kitchen floor is partially lifted and is dangerous, especially with young kids. The rug in the door less bedroom is very slippery.

Appartement très agréable, spacieux et à la décoration soignée.

Un bémol cependant concernant le bruit. Seule la chambre fermée est insonorisée. Les deux autres couchages sont du côté de la rue donc c'était très bruyant la nuit.

Appartement mal isolé, nous entendons les voisins parler, marcher et même les gens dans la rue. Rue très fréquentée, le bruit des voitures et continuel. On entends les gens qui stagnent devant le resto (kebab) tard le soir et milieu de nuit. Enfin bref, isolation thermique et phonique de merde dans un quartier bruyant.

Una estancia fantástica, siempre para repetir.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado en el cerro de la ciudad, con posibilidades de apartamento en los alrededores, tanto en la calle como en un parking subterráneo. Dispone de una buena calefacción para los días más fríos del año, lo que hace que la estancia resulte súper agradable. Recomiendo 100% éste alojamiento. La comunicación con el dueño es igualmente muy cercana.

Todo fue correcto. Quizás como pequeña sugerencia, sería conveniente disponer de alguna toalla más de baño.
