The staff was super friendly and it was genuinely very clean for a camp resort
It's a little bit out to reach on a bad road and I had the feeling the description is overselling the stay a little.

Great location if you want a silent surrounding and great star/sunset view. It is also reasonably close to Grand Canyon making it a nice starting point! You need to be prepared for that kind of stay by having warm clothes for low temperatures night but the experience is worth it! Little safe adventure!

Location was perfect for exploring Grand Canyon. Little drive from the park gate but works very well.
Accepting that the experience is about getting close to nature and a camping experience it was indeed that. I think it was too expensive (rates jump up at weekends). Facilities very basic and dirty. We chose to spend extra for the magical experience promised. We stayed on a very chilly night (mid October) and had opted not to pay the extra for heaters (we had already paid quite a bit!) and it was freezing. Sorry but can’t recommend.
