Loved the location, 30 minutes fron canyon & 30 minutes from town. Quiet, well stocked with all amenities you may need. Loved the 2 bathroom layout, worked great when traveling with kids. Location felt safe yet isolated.
On a precautious note; Kitchen was a bit cramped, a bit of safety concerned with children and stove with such closed proximity hallway/ passway. However, we managed to use both the stove and oven with no issues. Also, prickly seeds from the outside were found on the carpet, so wear shoes.

Very quiet cabin which was well equipped and provided everything you need. Beds are very comfortable.
Location was a bit far from everything, especially for the price Heating was a bit tough to manage (very hard to keep the cabin warm in winter) but okay.

Like the location near the Grand Canyon NP.
Lack of maintenance. Wall unit AC didn’t work properly. Electric stove, all the burners aren’t working. In bathroom, toilet paper holder must be broken for a long time. Walls are dirty. See the attached photo.
