Secluded but not far from main roads motorways, woodland walks great for the dog, very comfortable. Very dog friendly.

Lovely surroundings, very well equipped, interesting layout. Some nice modern features, bathroom looked really nice, unusual sinks. Layout quirky.
Shower was electric and it was impossible to get an acceptable temperature. Alternated between freezing and burning about every 15 seconds. Very noisy and low water flow. Made no sense in such a lovely bathroom to have the worst shower I have used in years,
Bed comfortable but frame very creaky
The strong smell of smoke the whole time we were there. Someone near by must have been chain smoking. Particularly horrible during the night when the windows were closed.
Two sets of stairs to go down to the bathroom from the bedroom - tricky at night
