The cottage is beautiful, the facilities impeccably clean.
It has an amazing view of fields and hills, with birds and rabbits as well as farm life. The hot tub was divine- the lounge room was so homely especially with a fire lit it was the most relaxed we felt in 5 years!

Great location with lovely views of the countryside.
Comfy cosy beds nice big bathroom and a lovely kitchen with everything you need .
Great outdoor area with Hot Tub and patio .
This felt like home from the minute we walked in .
Close to visit the surrounding areas Blackpool , Clitheroe and the lakes. And lots of lovely walks around the area .

Great quality fixtures and fittings, very well equipped and extremely comfortable.
No shaver socket in the bathroom and we’d forgotten to pack the two pin plug adapter. Luckily for two nights we managed.

The place was so much bigger than expected, so much space for 4 adults. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, robes were a great touch and we enjoyed the log burner. The hot tub was perfect for star gazing at night and was lovely and warm and was topped up and checked every morning. Air fryer and dishwasher a life saver. Lovely walk to pub and farm shop garden shop.
We did have to clean the kitchen a little when we arrived as certain items were sticky and there were crumbs on the table but was all easily sorted.
