Uncomfortable feeling of the whole situation …

it has a traditional charm.

No Internet at all. Wifi was connectet to the devices, but no internet … also on mobile connectin. We asked several times for new towels after one week … we stayed two weeks and never got new towels. We asked the official consultant and also the owners … they always said they do it … but never got … also needed to sleep with open window because of the heat … and the terasse of the other apartment where in our direction … so after 7:00 in the morning and until 1:00 in the nicht no chance for to sleep … and we choosen the spot because of far away in a quiet valley.

A Great Stay

Had a great stay here! It's not always easy to find family rooms on vacation, but this place was perfect. It's very peaceful and at a great location to tour the sites (Eagles Nest, Konigsee, Watzmann Therme, Salt Mine Berchtesgaden). Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, but don't forget to pack your coffee grinds and some breakfast (no bakeries or restaurants nearby).

Ruhe und Entspannung mit Blick auf den Watzmann

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Direkter Blick auf den Watzmann. Jeden Tag. Zudem ist das Haus etwas abgelegen und von daher auch sehr ruhig. Ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Die Wohnung war mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Sie war sauber und komfortabel und im Bett hat es sich sehr gut geschlafen. Man durfte im Hof alles benutzen. Tischtennisplatte zb. Davon haben wir aber keinen Gebrauch gemacht, da wo nur Wandern waren. 😉 Wandern kann man direkt von Haus aus auch. Das Personal bzw die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett geben zeitnah oder direkt Auskünfte.

Eigentlich nichts. Die Anfahrt war gewöhnungsbedürftigbedürftig ☺️, da man kurzzeitig einspurig fuhr. Doof bei Gegenverkehr, der aber eher selten ist, da dort oben nur wenige wohnen.

WLAN wäre verbesserungsfähig, leider hat es bei uns auch mit den Gästekarten nicht funktioniert, waren nicht zu aktivieren.

Schöner erster Aufenthalt in Bischofswiesen

Der Ausblick war toll. Wir hatten richtig Glück mit dem Wetter. Es hatte vorher geschneit und die Ganze Woche gab es strahlenden Sonnenschein. So konnte man auch bei der Kälte den Ausblick vom Balkon bei nem Glas Wein genießen. Direkter Blick auf den Watzmann. Die Wohnung war völlig in Ordnung. Es war sauber und eigentlich alles da was man benötigt. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Jede Menge Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung wie der Jenner, der Obersalzberg, Berchtesgaden Altstadt, Königssee, Salzburg etc. Aber ohne Auto geht's nicht. Zumindest wenn man nicht gerne wandert wie wir. Die Straße zur Wohnung hoch, war anfangs aufregend. Wir sind allerdings leider erst im Dunkeln angekommen und dann ging es den Berg hoch. Wenn einem ein Auto entgegenkam musste man sich arrangieren. Das lief aber jedesmal problemlos. Die Straße war die ganze Woche geräumt und auch der Streudienst kam fast jeden morgen. Unsere Schneeketten (vorsorglich im Vorfeld besorgt) haben wir nicht gebraucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp verlief reibungslos und auch die Schlüsselübergabe ist durch den Schlüsselsafe gut organisiert.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausbaufähig. Aber auch kein Weltuntergang. Für 4 Personen war zu wenig Besteck und Kaffeebecher vorhanden. Zumindest wenn man den Geschirrspüler nutzt und ihn nicht leer laufen lassen möchte. Untersetzer und Topflappen wären ebenfalls wünschenswert gewesen. Aber wie gesagt, alles nicht so schlimm. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die uns jetzt nicht großartig gestört haben. Ansonsten war alles da, was man benötigt.

teilweise modernisierbar, dennoch gemütlich...

Besonders gemütlich fanden wir die Essecke und das große Schlafzimmer. Von der abgelegenen, ruhigen Lage sowie der Aussicht waren wir begeistert.

Leider konnte man den Waschbeckenunterschrank im Badezimmer nicht nutzen, da dieser fast auseinander gefallen ist. Das obere Stockwerk könnte man eher als eine Art Schlafnische bezeichnen. Die Küchenmöbel machen nicht mehr den besten Eindruck, sind aber funktionell. Der TV ist recht winzig.
