Very clean, comfortable, spacious and well decorated. Jade was a lovely host and very flexible with check in/out times. Plenty of street parking available. House has stairs to access the bedrooms/living/kitchen area. No stair gates so do consider this if you are travelling with young children. Lovely outdoor dining table with mountain view.

I would expect to find a microwave and toaster on any modern kitchen. Not the end of the world but would have made our life easier with a young child. House is around 10 min walk to the beach. The walk is fine on the way down but a real struggle on the way up - something to be aware if you're travelling with young children or have mobility issues.

The property met the standards for a few good nights stay, and it had adequate space for our family. The location was not too far from the beaches, but still far enough for walking up the hills with young children. Also no direct views of the ocean.

The property was bare bones- there was no hand soap, no microwave, no napkins, and no coffee machine. The towels were not adult human size either. The checkin time was late, after 5pm. This meant we arrived late and then had to run back out for some of the basics, but all the groceries store closed before we could get there. This was frustrating to use the next morning if our vacation to get these basic items at the home. We definitely would have expected more for the price we paid.

Houses are side-to-side, neighbors complaint to the police without us doing any noise. Missing some important home appliances (microwave, scissor, tupperwares)
