This vacation rental is outfitted with central air conditioning and wood-style flooring throughout to keep guests comfortable. A ceiling fan, a brand new 65' TV in the living area, and brand new TVs in each bedroom will help you and your guests set up their space for comfort. Uncork a bottle of wine and enjoy it out on the furnished balcony. If you're coming back from the beach, pop your beach towels directly into your private washer/dryer. Guests can enjoy access to a shared heated pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, tennis court, fitness center, and so much more!
Start your day with breakfast, then hit the beach, just a short walk from your door. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club just under two miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just a little over two miles away. Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This unit was amazing! The kitchen is one of the best design layouts I have seen at this complex and the decorating was beautiful. Everything was beautifully updated and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

This place really exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean and just as described. The beds were comfortable, the decor was nice and the couch was huge and perfect for our crew to cozy into for movie nights! We called for the shuttle to pick us up right out front and take us to the beach entrance and it was so convenient. The entire property felt very well-maintained and safe. And although some other reviews mention loud neighbors, we did not encounter any of that at all! We will definitely be back!

This is one of the cleanest places we've stayed in Mirimar!! Nicely decorated, the pictures are very accurate. Pools are nice. But the best part is they offer trams to get around the resort. You must have to call.
Now... on the beach, its crowded. And if u bring your own chairs and umbrella, they make you sit way back. So i would recommend renting a chair and umbrella.
