You'll have a commanding view of the Miramar Beach coastline, balconies off both the living area and the master bedroom, and a whirlpool tub to welcome you home each afternoon.
You'll be just a few steps from indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball on the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. You can also walk or ride the free tram to the beach, dine at two on-site restaurants, or take a short drive to one of the many golf courses in the area. The attractions of Baytowne Wharf are two miles north, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are two miles west, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is four miles east.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the location and the amenities we had available. Loved that it was a short walk to the beach and pools.

Overall it was a nice place and would stay again. The gym was very nice and convenient. For a true and honest details about what we've experienced, see below. I don't want a reader to think it was all perfect but from your own opinion based on the feedback.
Details Below:
The room needs a new coffee maker since components of it was missing and the lid kept falling off when pouring. The kitchen floor was filthy, ice maker wasn't functioning correctly, electric can opener didn't work, lack of proper cookware made if difficult to cook for 5. The beds were stiff as boards. The place needed more towels, we had to wash them very frequently. One of the kitchen drawers was broken. Outside of the room, at least one of the elevators wasn't working the entire time.

Loved how open the place felt, the design of condo was current and very beachy. The kitchen was very well stocked and appliances were great. Definitely recommend!
