Nautical decor and modern tile and wood-style flooring set the tone for this family-friendly space. Don't worry, there's central air conditioning to help keep everyone cool and comfortable. A ceiling fan and TV in each bedroom will help everyone relax on their own terms. When you're coming back from the beach (which really is as close as it looks!), just stick the sandy towels in the private washer/dryer and start relaxing. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared hot tub and a heated, outdoor pool during their stay.

Walk to the beach, and enjoy the miles of jewel-tone ocean in both directions. Get a great look of the surrounding area at the Exploration Tower, just under two miles away. Not far from the Tower is the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse, where guests can take a tour and learn more about the area's space exploration heritage. If you're looking to go fishing out on the water, guests can find many options from Port Canaveral just over two miles from the condo. The Manatee Sanctuary Park (one-and-a-half miles from the condo) provides a lovely retreat and a chance to view one of Florida's most protected animals.

The condo overall was great. Had some issues that could have been taken care of fairly quickly but never did.. and I was there for almost a month. I contacted vacasa multiple times with these issues but after weeks of no action I had to take cars of them myself. This is no falt of the owner but between vacasa and the housekeeping/maintenance crew. I would definitely recommend the condo to anyone I would just recommend to the owners to look into different housekeeping and maintenance crews.

The view and location of this condo were perfect for our family. Unfortunately the condo was not ready for our rental. All the blankets had been removed from the unit and the pillow cases were dirty. We were missing towels and the advertised pool was closed for the winter with chairs and orange cones blocking both entrances. We contacted Vacasa right away about issues and the response was a ticket had been started. After 3 days the response was the same. The local Vacasa team never responded or delivered the requested linens. We went to the local superstore and purchased, blankets, pillows, towels, pillow cases, and soap for the unit. The slider door off the living room does not lock, and the dish washer is not working properly. The master bathroom had bags of trash in the cabinet from the last guests. Only 3 of the four beach chairs are usable and the beach closet was full of trash from the last guests. This condo has the potential to be amazing. I feel it is poorly managed.
