Luxury Penthouse in a serene community just steps from a private beach. With a communal pool and hot tub, our penthouse provides the perfect retreat for relaxation. This penthouse offers views of the Atlantic Ocean, where you can witness breathtaking sunrises from your private balcony. For views of the Rocket Launches, you need only to take a few steps outside to the beach for the perfect view.

Beach gear is provided! We have beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board, and beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchenware you would need to make any meal. Great restaurants on the water at Port Canaveral are 2 miles away. Ron Jon's Surf Shop is 3 miles away for great surf lessons. Bike rentals are available in the city for enjoying the bike paths and is an easy way to get around. Grocery stores, bakeries, coffee shops not far. Right at the edge of Cocoa Beach for all of the souvenir and entertainment there. Free laundry facilities are in the unit. Large screen smart TV's in the living room and in both bedrooms. Extra large balcony to enjoy the beach and the sun. We are also very close to the Kennedy Visitor Center.

No candles or open flames in the apartment
Remember that neighbor residents live in the apartment full time including next door. Be respectful of their home.
Wash as much sand off as you can outside at the showers. If there is too much sand brought in and it takes our cleaning time a long time to clean it, you will be charged. It's not hard to do but necessary. Ants will come in and it is horrible to get rid of.
Throw all of the towels and bathrugs into the washer and start it before you leave. We are often checking one family out in the morning and another comes in the afternoon. It is the only way that we can accomodate all the guests.
NO smoking of any kind: If you smoke in the condo anywhere, you will have a $2000 fee to pay to help mediate. If you overflow the bathtub you will pay for remediating the water from the floor before.

We loved our stay here! We’ve been to the area a few times and it is our favorite! The condo was clean, cozy, and stocked with many essentials! The beach access was so close and easy. Deb was very responsive and helpful. We had a couple minor issues during our stay and she was quick to respond and helpful. The beach was not crowded at all and it’s close to the port so you can see all the ships so close. We also got to see a rocket launch at midnight the one night and it was awesome! We were really hoping to see the crew 11 launch too but unfortunately was rescheduled to the next day when we were leaving. We truly love this area. Would recommend!!

Beautiful place to stay. It was perfect for our plan to catch a launch (the bridge to the beach worked perfectly) and the beach was beautifully quiet for boarding. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful, modern and spacious Penthouse. From a jet bathtub in the first room, multiple heads (5) in the master suite, front loader washer/dryer, electric reclining seats on "L" shaped couch, surround sound in living room, k-cup machine, new appliances in the kitchen. Plus excellent wi-fi! We will definitely be returning to stay at the "Porter Beach House" in 2022!
