This Kissimmee villa is a 5 minute walk to the Windsor Hills clubhouse amenities, which include - free with your stay - a resort pool, waterslides, splash pad, and fitness center. There is also a community game room, marketplace and grille, DVD Rentals, movie theatre and ATM.
Directly across the street from Anna's Cabana is a park that has several different kinds of playground equipment for hours of fun!
When you don't feel like taking the short walk to the clubhouse, just relax in your own newly resurfaced private south facing pool and spa with free heating. Around the lanai patio table, there is seating for 8, and seating for 4 more in comfortable loungers.
This villa features a Ring doorbell and cameras on the side of the house. There are no cameras inside the house.

We LOVE Windsor Hills, and this house was no exception! Clean and spacious. Our kids loved the themed rooms, and my Mother in law loved having her own master suite for privacy.

We weren’t in the house much as we were mom’s traveling to watch our daughters at a cheer competition- but everything was wonderful. The house was just as described and provided the perfect amount of gathering and private space! Definitely adding to my list for the next time we’re at Disney!

Overall the house was very nice. It would have been nice to have a grill. Also, the air conditioner doesn’t work well in the master bedroom.
