We had a large group of multiple families gathering for New Years in Orlando. Property was excellent for a large group with a range of ages for kids. Kids had a blast, both pool at house and community pool were ideal. The location of the complex with regard to Disney and parks was excellent. Highly recommend this property for your vacation.

The neighborhood was great with the water park and play ground that were included in our stay but the property wasn’t as great as we thought it would be. When we arrived house and pool was still slightly dirty, sheets were still wet from being washed before we arrived, the a/c was set to heat( in Florida!?) The internet was turned off at 11:30 on our last night of our stay. Definitely not enough towels for the number of guest the house is set to sleep. There was wear and tear on the house from all the use especially the game room equipment. I would stay in the neighborhood again but not at this property
