Newly renovated as a family project during Covid! One-story ranch built in 1962 converted from a dark, broken-up floor plan into a bright, spacious and elegant great-room style open floor plan with a giant kitchen and sun room and sunset deck additions. Get away from the noise and rush; come retreat and relax here at Broad Reach Cottage. 2 wood-burning fireplaces for cozying up in the cold season, and a big, flat yard for recreating in nice weather. The house is situated on 5-acres off of a gravel road for peace and quiet, while being only a short drive from Barracks Road shopping center and many beautiful wineries.

Angie's place is idyllic. The property surrounding the home is expansive and creates plenty of privacy. The relatively recent remodel of the home has resulted in an up-to-date living space which affords its guests every amenity. The living and dining areas are, by far, the largest we have ever enjoyed at a VRBO. There were only five in our group but it will accommodate a much larger group. The bucolic setting plus the kitchen island, the cozy couches, the super-sized sunroom, and the tasteful, original art will make this a memorable haven for everyone who signs on for a couple of days' respite.
