The living room is embellished with a large living room / fireplace, dining room and open kitchen with all the necessary amenities such as oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, dishwasher, refrigerator; washing machine and freezers and ice maker in the laundry room.
Outside on the terrace, garden furniture, table and chairs; in front of the 2 bedrooms on the pool side, armchairs, chairs and tables; on the side of the house another table and its chairs as well as a gas plancha.

La propriété est magnifiquement située en hauteur avec une vue excellente dans un cadre (domaine ) propre et calme . En retrait de tout , en étant à 10 mn max du centre et très proche de l’ensemble des activités quelles soient nautiques ou autres . Les extérieurs sont en adéquation avec l’environnement très agréable, la piscine permet vraiment de bien nager et de se dépenser avec les enfants. Seul petit bémol la décoration intérieure de la maison surtout cuisine et salon / salle à manger est un peu vétuste et peu confortable ( canapé chaises ….) mériterai un coup de contemporain et de jeunesse , tout comme l’électroménager !! Pour le reste propreté et autre c’est ok .
