Fabulous Contemporary LUXURY rental home in Vail! This home has everything you would expect in a state-of- the- art mountain modern luxury home. This five bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom, 3700 square foot luxury home boasts huge windows, beautiful art, vaulted ceilings, and hardwood floors throughout! Located in the 11th District off the Vail Golf course on a quiet cul-de-sac street. This home is in walking distance to the free bus, the Golf course, Gore Creek (fishing) and access to the best skiing North America has to offer! The main level open floor plan is perfect for large families or families traveling together, with its expansive windows, stone fire place and large decks. The kitchen is outfitted with top of the line appliances and is well equipped to prepare meals for large groups. The game room has a 95 in TV with video games and a huge sectional couch and a fun shuffleboard table! We rented Susanne’s home for the most amazing Christmas with 5 adult children and 2 dogs. This home was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for relaxing and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, all with private bathrooms. The views were stunning, the house is close to Vail Village and we all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Susanne was amazing in her communication and we will definitely book this home again. Thank you for a truly memorable Christmas with our family!!

This house is not your average rental. The home is decorated with fine furnishings and accessories. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a crowd. We had our family for the week of the 4th which included my husband and I, our adult children and spouses, and 4 grandchildren . Everyone had king size beds and the kids had bunks. An unexpected addition was the new game room which was once a garage . Perfect place for kids to play video games or watch tv. Every bedroom had its own tv as well. The deck was a great place to hangout in the late afternoon and evening. The owner checked in on us by text and was available if we had any questions or needed anything. We will be back to this beautiful place in the future !

We had the pleasure of renting Suzanne's beautiful home for a month. The house is equipped with all the conveniences of home. The beds were wonderful, the furniture was very comfortable, the hot tub was amazing after skiing, and the location was easy for us to ski every day. I would highly recommend staying at this property as it has everything you could ask for! Suzanne was amazing in her communication and was available for any questions we had. Perfect layout for family with lots of room to watch movies or play games in the evening. The kitchen was well appointed for making dinners and breakfast. The kids appreciated the beautiful en-suite bathrooms and relaxing in the hot after a day of skiing. The walk to the shuttle was about 2 blocks and we stored our skis and boots at the base so we didn’t have to carry anything each day.

This property is absolutely one of the most beautiful homes that my group has rented. The amenities and decor are amazing. The color theme (purples, oranges, blues, reds etc) is consistent throughout and demonstrates the owner's attention to detail. It is simply stunningly beautiful. The property was clean, well stocked with everything you need. It is also just as described and shown in the pictures. It is located about 3-5 minutes to the slopes dependent on whether you are going to Golden Peak, Vail Village, Lionshead or Cascade. The rooms are spacious, with flat TVs in each room and the kitchen is amazing and enjoyable to cook in. The patio is expansive and runs along the entire front sides of the house and includes a grill and firepit. The hot tub is easily accessible and was relaxing after days of hard skiing. Our group of 7 loved the house such that we did not go to a few of our ski conference events because we wanted to enjoy the house. The owner, Susanne, is friendly, responsive and is willing to address any issue that you could possibly have. If you are looking for a comfotable, luxurious, clean home that is close to the slopes, this is the house for you. We highly recommend this property!! FIVE STARS!!!!

This home was simply extraordinary! We have traveled to Vail many times over the years and this property was one of our favorites. There were 5 couples that all thoroughly enjoyed their stay (note each bedroom with its own bathroom and 4/5 rooms with King beds). This mountain getaway is very well appointed, beautifully furnished, functional, zoned Sonos sound system, hot tub, heated garage and much more. The appliances were amazing and the kitchen was well equipped to meet any need (several of the items from Williams-Sonoma). There is a short walk to/from the bus stops but the ride to/from Vail Village is only about 5 minutes. Everyone found the East Vail location to be scenic and ideal. Susanne was delightful and one of the best owners we have worked with when booking through Vrbo! This home helped create an unforgettable trip for our group. Thank you!

We had a group of 11 people and 1 dog staying for a week. The house was just perfect for us. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was a superb location and an amazing kitchen as it had every utensil, pot, pan, plate etc. that you could possibly ever need. Mud room was excellent for all of the skiers. Interior was bright and cheery, thought I would hate the purple couches but loved them. Will return again and again.

The house was beautiful with a stunning view of the mountains. The rooms are perfectly appointed to meet all of your vacation needs. Gore creek and a jogging/bike trail are just blocks away. The owner of this house thought of everything from wonderfully equipped kitchen to house-wide Sonos sound system. The beautiful vail golf club is less than a mile away and Vail village is a short 5 min drive or shuttle. We plan to spend many more family vacations at this amazing mountain home.

The house looks exactly like the photographs, colorful and elegant. Each room is gorgeous but comfortable. We loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen while enjoying the expansive mountain views. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved dining on the porch at night then moving to the second upstairs porch to enjoying the fire pit and more beautiful views. We loved everything about this home and the views are spectacular! Located in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood, this house has it all! We really liked that we were close enough to town to take a long scenic walk in for shopping or lunch and jump on the complimentary shuttle for a quick ride back to the house.Beautiful furnishings and artwork make this home comfortable and stylish, and the fully stocked kitchen, with high-end appliances and cookware, had everything we could possibly want! The patio, with an outdoor fireplace, bbq pit and comfortable seating , was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and the incredible views of the mountain! The hot tub was the perfect thing after a long day of skiing, and the ping pong table was a big hit with our group!!We stayed here with 3 other couples and we all had spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds and luxury linens. There was another bedroom we didn't use, so there is plenty of space for a big group. The owners, Susanne and Thomas, were a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our needs . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!! We cant wait to rent again!!!
