About this house rental
Stay in a beautiful, historic home in your own sunny, second story apartment. The house is traditional brick dating to 1905 and lovingly restored and furnished with local antiques. Walk to Charlottesville's historic downtown Mall as well as downtown Belmont, and The University of Virginia. A five minute drive takes you to Thomas Jefferson's home, Monticello and also nearby are a plethora of vineyards, breweries, the Shenandoah Mountains and other attractions of Charlottesville.

Excellent stay. My 17 year old and I were in town for two concerts at John Paul Jones. Super close to the mall. Easy drive in/out of campus. Would stay again.

Monica place was great. Very cute and close to everything. Check in and out was very easy. Definitely recommend.

Apartment was nice and spacious. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Only negative things were no tv & the shower curtain tries to wrap you up like a burrito. Made it very difficult to shower.
About a 15 minute walk to downtown. Felt safe for the most part.
