About this house rental

Stay in a beautiful, historic home in your own sunny, second story apartment. The house is traditional brick dating to 1905 and lovingly restored and furnished with local antiques. Walk to Charlottesville's historic downtown Mall as well as downtown Belmont, and The University of Virginia. A five minute drive takes you to Thomas Jefferson's home, Monticello and also nearby are a plethora of vineyards, breweries, the Shenandoah Mountains and other attractions of Charlottesville.

Our host was welcoming and answered any questions we had promptly. The upstairs apartment was cozy and well stocked. The bed linens and comforter, as well as bath towels, were good quality and very nice. Super clean and within walking distance of restaurants and all the fun downtown venues. Definitely recommend!

We loved this cozy apartment within walking distance to the Mall area, the Saturday farmers market, and the cute area of Belmont with all of its restaurants. We only used the car for day trips to Shenandoah National Park to hike, Carter Family apple orchard, and King Family vineyard, all of which I would recommend. The neighborhood is a little transitional but felt safe. A great home base for exploring this great town
