We loved this property. Beautifully renovated old town house in the 'old town' close to all the best restaurants and bars. The attention to detail, from complementary wine, water and crisps waiting for us on arrival :) to having Nespresso coffee in the top floor bedroom. Peaceful and private roof deck. Amazing bathrooms. Just perfect. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous stay - we will be back!

Casa en Grenyo is a lovely historical house renovated in a very sympathetic way. Everything you need for your stay is there, and Javea old town is literally on your doorstep! Amy was a great host and the house is stylish and comfortable. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the views of Mount Montgo. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, very much Spanish, which we loved. Little boutiques are popping up in the town, and being pedestrianized it's very quiet. Parking was easy around 200m from the house. The beach is a short drive away, also easy by taxi if you fancy a sundowner! We hope to be back as we loved the house and as frequent visitors to the area, this will be our choice in the future. Thanks Amy!

Nothing - the house and location was perfect for us. The old town is a real gem and not to be missed. Loved everything about it to be honest - we will be returning when time allows! Can't fault Amy as a host.

the property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. we were only there for a few days whilst overseeing work we are having done on our property nearby. we know the area well. but this was a little gem and very quiet too.

Absolute bliss - very happy with the whole experience.

The location was amazing, the decor superb - all the comforts needed for a fabulous stay. The roof terrace was even wonderful in January!

I wouldn't say we disliked anything! I would have found a small microwave useful for quick soups (it was January) and some washing up liquid for hand washing utensils to save the dishwasher - but these are minor things and we had everything we needed.

A beautifully presented, comfy apartment to suit all our needs!

Beautifully furnished and presented. Loved the style and layout, everything was well equipped for whatever we needed and the beds were super comfy! Also the keypad entry was great and very easy to use, much preferred this than having to use a key! Very lovely touch leaving water, wine and crisps which we were very grateful for after arriving late due to a delayed flight. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. You can tell the owners take pride in the apartment and how it’s presented to the guests :)

Only downside was paying for parking or having to find a free spot on the road and walking. Can’t be helped though and the location is lovely so we didn’t mind too much!

Relaxing home to enjoy

Great house and fabulous remodeling. It was a very comfortable staying, completely new. The terrace incredibly good for a nice meal or staying. The village is a nice place full of good restaurants with local food. To go to the nicest beaches you need the car anyway, so staying in the village is a nice option to enjoy the evening afterwards. Nevertheless, we went walking one day and it took us 30 minutes.

Fijne locatie & huis, minder schoon dan gehoopt

Fijne locatie midden in het oude centrum. In het hoogseizoen was parkeren bij het appartement goed te doen dankzij de (betaalde) parkeergarage in de buurt. Erg leuk huis met fijne bedden en alle benodigdheden die je nodig hebt tijdens de vakantie.

Tijdens ons bezoek was er slecht schoongemaakt. Doucheputje was niet gedaan, de vaatwasser stonk en er was niet gedweild, dit zorgde wel voor een minder prettig verblijf helaas.
