Come enjoy this close-in WALKABLE ski/bike condo near the Mountain Base Area with NEW Double GONDOLAS mountain Base Entertainment area, restaurants, bars, music, live concerts stage, festivals, winter ice rink, summer wading river and grassy play meadows and more! Hot Springs nearby and Snowmobiling on Rabbit Ears Pass.
Wake and have your convenient coffee and homemade breakfast with mountain morning fresh air on the balcony as you "check the weather" for your day with VIEWS of the Gondola runs. Grab your gear out of your private walk-in ski/bike closet and head to the mountain. Walk it (a bit over 1/2 a mile) or ride the 10 minute free bus line to the Base Area. Have a blast!
After you've come home from a day on the mountain, soak away those tired muscles in either of the 2 outdoor HOT TUBS, or the outdoor swimming pool (hot weather months only). We supply your Hot Tub/Pool Towels.
Have dinner conveniently cooked in your FRESHLY UPDATED and fully equipped KITCHEN, or head out for dinner in town by car or bus, or walk back at the Gondola Base area and dine at any of the numerous restaurants or in town on Lincoln St. (about 3 miles away) . You can easily find great food for any taste and any budget. Wind down with game night by the FIREPLACE at home or a movie on the LARGE TV.
Settle in to the comfy beds with down alternative comforters and lots of pillows for a refreshing night's sleep.

Easy low-rise building 2nd floor unit (only 1/2 flight of stairs, easy on those tired legs), sheltered front door means no snow, plenty of on-site parking in the adjacent lot.
Sorry, no RV storage allowed per HOA rules.
Stairs are required to access this condo. There are *no elevators* on the property.
We have allergies and asthma in our family, so, please:
No pets allowed, sorry.
No smoking indoors or on the balcony, please.
*Note that the hot tubs or pool COULD close any time per the HOA for regular maintenance but the pavilion hot tub has been open and there are 2 separate hot tub locations here in this complex for use during your stay.

Great condo on the free bus line. Clean with everything needed provided by the owners. Don't over pack. Great washer and dryer with detergent. Fully functional kitchen with all accessories needed to cook and not go out every night . Easy walk to the gondola including a breakfast stop on the way at the Plum Market. I recommend spending the money and get a locker at Creekside. Makes walking back and forth easy!Thanks Laura!

Good location, clean place, great host, everything as advertised. The bus stop is right off the condo complex parking lot and very convenient to take to the base of the mountain

This condo is very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed for a great ski vacation. Laura is incredibly helpful and accessible with help and helpful suggestions. We would stay here again if we are in Steamboat again.

The place has everything necessary for comfort. However, the building is very cheaply built such that every footstep sounds like a herd of elephants. Also the walk to the hot tub through the parking lot and snowbanks was more trouble and hassle than it was worth, and it was crowded and shared by a large number of units - we didn’t use it. This complex felt cheap and thrifty, though the owners have tried their best to make it easy and comfortable for guests.
