Meticulously maintained three-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home featuring custom kitchen and an open floor plan with high main room ceilings and a premium water view. Located on quiet cul-de-sac with direct access to Marco River and the Gulf of Mexico. Golf, beaches, water sports and fine dining are all 5-10 minutes away by car.

Second year in a row staying at this property and it was just as fantastic as the first visit. The house is immaculate and offers so much for a young family. The pool was another huge hit for the kids, and all the seating around the pool allowed for us to watch them in comfort and convenience. Proximity to shopping, restaurants, and even beaches is also extremely convenient. Owner is super responsive and accommodating, even addressed an issue with the hot tub within hours. Great property, we will most likely be back for year 3!!!!

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised on VRBO. Great communication with Dave Carlson. The house has great amenities and was so clean upon our arrival.
