John and Janet's home was absolutely beautiful. 10 out of 10 would recommend! It was large enough for our group to spread out and feel comfortable. If you enjoy privacy and nature this is the place for you. The private pool, sun deck and dock were all great. We fished every evening and we each caught something. We seen a small pod of dolphins, a sting ray, a juvenile shark, a large variety of smaller fish all from the dock. The under water fishing lights were amazing at night, there's some big ones that come in so be prepared of that's your thing! Overall this home was a huge hit and we plan to return for another family vacation. The only suggestion I would have is, to replace some of the beach equipment. While there was plenty there to use some of the chairs and umbrellas were non functional. And maybe provide a canopy for the beach (instead of umbrellas) might be a nice touch when going to the beach with a large group. Extras that we weren't expecting:-fully stocked kitchen/every small appliance you can think of-plenty of bathroom towels and plenty of pool/beach towels, I mean cupboards full which was great for our large group-pool toys for the kiddos -a basket full of sunblock and after sun lotion on the back patio-board games and puzzles-extra fridge in the garage which definitely came in handy-four bikes available for use (I would maybe add two more for larger groups so everyone can enjoy if they want to)

This home is beautiful, well cared for, and well-appointed in every way. The kitchen has every appliance imaginable. The house is located in a quiet portion of the island and it is easy to get everywhere. The layout is ideal for families or for adult couples as there are two master suites plus two additional bedrooms and 4 baths. There are multiple seating areas, both inside and out, so plenty of room to spread out. The host is easy to deal with and very responsive. We are hoping to stay there again.

It was amazing! The house was beautiful and roomy we had everything we needed. Bikes fishing poles cooler towels etc comfortable beds. Easy to find and to get in. Loved it!

This home is beautiful! Perfect for a family of 10. Property owner is super nice. Loved the view of the canal. So peaceful. Even got to see dolphins by the dock.
