The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and has the potential to deliver a truly premium experience. The front office team were polite and helpful.
For a property positioning itself as a luxury resort, the level of pest infestation is completely unacceptable. Cockroaches were all over the bar and dining areas. It clearly indicates inadequate pest control and poor hygiene maintenance. This was extremely unpleasant and significantly impacted the overall experience.
