Fantastic place to stay especially for families

Best accommodation on our 3 week train based tour of southern Germany, Tyrol-Austria and Northern Italy. Zell-am-Ziller is a lovely quiet small town. Compared to Mayrhofen at the top of the valley which is like a big, popular French resort, Zell-am-Ziller is much more peaceful and pretty. Marina, who looks after the place is great and welcoming and the accommodation is first class on every respect, from cooking and eating, good wifi access and the quality of fixtures (toilet,Windows, etc.) is great. It's a nice 10 minutes walk from town with a small hill to climb at the end. Great balcony and the swimming pool complex is 5 minutes away. The kids loved the trampoline and the table tennis too. Great place and great stay!

We stayed at the Martina Haus and loved our stay. We are a family with 2 active little boys and this was perfect for us (they loved the trampoline). It is immaculately clean! We would highly encourage anybody to stay here. The owners are in an apartment on site and were absolutely wonderful as well. They were warm, inviting, and so friendly. We would happily stay here again.

We had really nice time in this wonderful building. It's new and in perfect condition. Ms. Martina was very friendly, showing us around the house and giving advise where to go skiing, etc. I highly recommend this vacation house for a holiday, you will get what you expect and a little bit of extra :)

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad. Vriendelijke gastvrouw die graag verteld over de mooie omgeving. Veel informatie van de omgeving in de woning. De laatste avond werd ons een snapp aangeboden door de gastvrouw. Woning netjes en schoon een zeer prachtig uitzicht richting Mayenhoven . Bij gebruik van Zillertalcard intree zwembad gratis, zwembad op loopafstand van het huis.

Wir fanden eine sehr schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung vor. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Küche mit Sitzecke und eine separate Toilette. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Morgens gab es einen Brötchenservice. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen.

Empfehlenswerte Fereinwohnung

Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung ist absolut korrekt. Gut ausgestattete, sehr saubere Räume, auch in der Wohnküche findet man alles was man braucht. Die Wohnungen bieten einen wundervollen Blick auf das Tal und die angrenzenden Berge. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche Leute, wir fühlten uns sofort herzlich aufgenommen. Das Haus liegt im unteren Bereich des Berghanges, so dass die Ortsmitte von Zell am Ziller problemlos auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wir können die Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Die Infrastruktur des Ortes ist übrigens sehr gut, so liegen z.B. mehrere Supermärkte nur ein paar Auto-Minuten entfernt. Wer sich nicht immer selbst verpflegen will, findet in naher Umgebung diverse Restaurants: Unsere Favoriten waren der Gasthof Hubertus im Nachbarort Hippach, der zu moderaten Preisen u.a. leckere Wildgerichte mit Fleisch aus eigener Jagd serviert sowie im Nachbarort Ramsau der Gasthof Tipotsch. Wer ein Gasthaus mit beinahe ursprünglichem Tiroler Flair sucht ist dort gut aufgehoben. Neben der tadellosen bodenständigen Küche bietet der Gasthof auch eine hervorragende hausgemachte Pizza. Im Sommer spielen an mehren Abenden Tiroler Musikanten zum Tanz auf. Wenigstens an diesen Tagen sollte man vorher reservieren. Wir haben im Zillertal einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Super Lage und traumhafter Ausblick über das Zillertal. Die Stadtmitte Zell am Ziller war nur in ca. 10 min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Events gibt in der Umgebung. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichs. Die Küche war ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, Spülmaschine usw.! Es gab sogar 2 Flachbildschirmfernseher (1 x im Wohnzimmer und 1 x im Schlafzimmer) Die Gastfreundschaftlichkeit war sehr gut und wir fühlten uns sofort wie zuhause. Wir haben dort schon das 2. Mal gewohnt. Die Wohnung hatte zusätlich noch einen sehr großen überdachten Balkon, wo wir oft abends gesessen haben und den Ausblick über das Zillertal genossen haben. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Wir waren super zufrieden und freuen uns schon jetzt wieder auf unseren nächsten Urlaub bei der Familie Hauser!

Wederom een heerlijke vakantie in het Zillertal gehad. Het was voor ons de derde keer dat we hier waren. We zeiden de laatste keer, maar wellicht dat we volgend jaar toch weer naar Sonnblick af reizen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en het uitzicht is prachtig. Verder mooie omgeving om te wandelen. Sehr moderne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung "Ahornblick". Die Zimmer sind recht groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Zur Skibushaltestelle sind es weniger als 3 Minuten und die Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus. Der Skikeller ist abschließbar und verfügt über Ski- & Snowboardständer sowie einem Schuhtrockner. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Een geweldig mooi verblijf in Zell am Ziller!

In onze vakantie hebben we 2 appartementen gehuurd in Sonnblick, omdat dit niet anders te boeken was in die periode. We hebben eerst vier dagen boven gezeten (appartement "Kreuzjochblick") en daarna nog vijf dagen beneden (Appartement "Gerlossteinblick". Het overhuizen ging helemaal zonder problemen. Toen we weer terugkwamen van een uitstapje was alles netjes gepoetst en verhuisd naar het andere appartement! Allebei de appartementen waren ruim maar vooral zeer netjes onderhouden. Vanuit het appartement heb je een geweldig uitzicht op Zell am Ziller en op de adembenemend mooie bergen van het Zillertal! De service van mevrouw Hauser was perfect! Niks was teveel en alles verliep allemaal even hartelijk, helemaal geweldig! We hebben een super vakantie gehad, mede dankzij dit prachtige appartement! Als het aan ons ligt, komen we zeker nog een keertje terug! Gerard, Katja, Jesper en Revi.

Von 8 juni bis 27. Juni haben wir zum 2. mal unsere Urlaub hier verbracht. Wir haben ein schones und sauberes Appartement gehabt. Die Aussicht war sehr schon. Wass man braucht ist im Appartement da. Mann kan sehr schon wandern in Zillertal und wir haben auch rad gefahren. Es gibt viel zu machen in der Gegend. Vielen Dank Martina und Familien fur das schonen Aufenthalt. Wir sind ganz froh und werden sicher zuruck kommen.

Aus vielen Angeboten haben wir das Landhaus Sonnblick ausgewählt und unsere Erwartungen haben sich voll erfüllt. Nach einer freundlichen Begrüßung mit vielen Informationen, konnten wir gleich den faszinierenden Blick auf den Ort und die Bergwelt mit der schneebedeckten 2793 m hohen Ahornspitze genießen. Das Ortszentrum, Freizeitanlagen und den Bahnhof der Zillertalbahn konnten wir in ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. In der großen gut aufgeteilten Wohnung fühlten wir uns gleich sehr wohl und haben so einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. unsere Beurteilung „ sehr empfehlenswert“. Manfred aus Lübeck
