Beautiful and cozy apartment, with a balcony offering breathtaking views over Marina Walk.
The location and the view are simply fantastic!
Ideally situated right on the Marina and close to Marina Beach (JBR).
Everything is within walking distance, and the metro station is only 10 minutes away.
It’s the kind of apartment where you could easily live all year round — perfect, comfortable, and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, etc.). Swimming pool and fitness room for the residents.
Nothing we did not like. Everything was perfect.

Fantastic view. Nice building.
Air conditioning was not working properly when I arrived. But eventually someone came to fix it, but I had to be there and meet them which was a bit annoying. Beds were very soft. Gave me a bad back.

Everything was perfect! The place was spotless and exactly like the photos – even better in person. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything you might need. The hosts were kind, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend it and would definitely choose it again for a future trip!
