Apartment on the 1st floor in a chalet, very large, comfortably accommodating 7 people. It is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has 3 single beds (2 being bunk beds), mezzanine, very warm décor, peel stove, modern kitchen, individual garage, 3 bathrooms including a bath, toilet, sleeping area well separated from the day area.

THE CHALET IS IDEALLY LOCATED, AT THE FOOT OF THE SLOPES, TERRACE OF 22 M² FACING SOUTH WEST, 3 BEDROOMS EACH WITH A BATHROOM, MODERN FITTED KITCHEN, PRIVATE GARAGE, ACCESS TO SWIMMING POOL, GYM HAMAM AND SAUNA. SKI LOCKER. ACCESS TO LOCAL SERVICES VERY EASY. The view is unobstructed over the valley and dominates the village of ARC 1950.
New decoration since 2019: everything is new: fittings -dressing room- furniture-decoration.
New for 2025: a pellet stove replaces the fireplace: simple, efficient and above all, what comfort!

Very nice property, we were a party of 6 , 4 adults and 2 children plenty of room for all.The pictures don’t do the lounge area justice, it is bigger than we expected with great views from the balcony.The kitchen area has a good selection of crockery and pans if you intend cooking. 3 great bathrooms but we didn’t realise there was only 1 toilet although we managed quite well. Overall a great property tucked away at the bottom of the button lift. This was a 7th time in Les Arc and as always a great time was had by all.

We booked last minute for a ski holiday and weren't disappointed. This is a very nice property, well equipped and spacious. It's definitely on the "let's go back there" list.

Great week, lovely apartment. Close to the central 2000 ski area. One small button lift about 50mtr away from apartment to access 2000 area. Good communication with rental rep and easy access to apartment. Well equipped with everything we needed for a family week skiing. Nice pool and spa Area, wasn't busy at all considering it was Easter school holiday week.
