This spacious, ground-level two-bedroom, two-bath condo sits on the oceanside (east side) of Route 1, offering the perfect mix of peace and convenience. Newly constructed and beautifully furnished with modern, up-to-date décor, the condo provides a quiet escape while still being close enough to walk or bike into Rehoboth for restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and the beach, with the tax-free Tanger Outlets just minutes away.
Inside, the condo is gorgeous, airy, and impeccably clean, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The large primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bath, while the open-concept living and kitchen area is ideal for gathering and entertaining. You'll enjoy upgraded appliances, granite countertops, an island with extra seating, and lovely rear patio views, along with SMART TVs in every bedroom and the living room for easy downtime after a day out. Community amenities round out the experience with resort-style grounds that include two pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, a small fitness center, and scenic walking trails. The unit is about a mile from downtown Rehoboth and roughly 1.5 miles from the beach, and it's especially bike-friendly—located near the trail to Lewes and Gordon's Pond, with bike racks on-site for convenient parking.
Guests will appreciate ample community parking, plus in-unit comforts like central AC, ceiling fans, hardwood flooring, a washer and dryer, and an electronic keypad system for smooth check-in and check-out. We stayed 8/2-8/9. The condo was functional for us. I would ask that the welcome book be updated to include the QR code we were asked to reference and that the cleaning agency arrive before the 3pm check in. They arrived to clean the unit 1 3/4 hours after we checked in.

The condo unit was very clean and very well stocked with all items needed plus a lot of extras! The location is great and walkable to town. We rented bikes, road the trails, went to the pool and enjoyed great beach days, both in Rehoboth (which we did find it was too crowded near the boardwalk) and at Gordons Pond. I highly recommend!
