LAY OUT OF THE WHOLE PROPERTIES. EXCELLENT , CLEAN ROOMS.

Everything went well, we were a last minute rental and all accommodations and transaction made easy.

After driving 9 hours I finally arrived exhausted but thrilled to see how beautiful the resort was! However I was extremely frustrated with the check -in . They could not find my reservation and after 25 minutes the woman finally found the email that confirmed my reservation. I then had to wait several more minutes for her to create my packet . We finally got inside our room which was AMAZING!!! We were thrilled and it exceeded my expectations. However my elation quickly turned into disgust and disbelief when the front desk called me in 5 minutes of walking inside our room to tell me she gave me the wrong room. She said that because I reserved the room via VRBO and not the resort itself that I had to stay at their sister resort around the corner!!! I was exhausted, angry and frustrated that she didn’t realize this before giving me this room. The second room was very nice but NOT as amazing as the first room. I was also upset when she told me the restaurant at the hotel was open until 10. It was already late and my family was starving. We got to the restaurant at 9:15 only to be turned away and told the kitchen was closed! Thank God I refused to allow the incompetence of the front desk to ruin my vacation.
