Serene Vibrant Villa with Games Room at Encore

From the moment we booked this vacation rental until the day we checked out, everything about our stay was absolutely excellent. It is not often that you find a place that truly lives up to the photos and description online, but this home exceeded every expectation we had. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation from the very beginning. One of the standout features of this property was the pool. The pool size was amazing—large enough for everyone to enjoy comfortably without ever feeling crowded. Whether we were swimming, lounging nearby, or simply enjoying the view, it quickly became the heart of our stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both adults wanting to unwind and kids wanting to have fun. We spent so much time outside because the pool area was just that inviting. Inside the home, the rooms were incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Every bedroom had plenty of room to move around, unpack, and feel comfortable, which is something that can be hard to find in vacation rentals. The beds were comfortable, the linens were fresh, and each room felt welcoming and relaxing. It was easy for everyone in our group to have their own space while still enjoying time together in the common areas. The furniture throughout the house was another highlight. Everything was stylish, clean, and in excellent condition. The living room seating was comfortable and perfect for gathering together

We had another wonderful stay at this home! This was our second time renting it, and we absolutely love it. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and has everything our family needs to feel right at home. Our kids love staying here, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax after busy days at the parks. The location is also fantastic—close to both Disney and Universal, but still in a quiet, great area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting the area!

House was overall nice - easy enough to get to and about 20-25 minutes away from Disney and Universal. Had more than enough room for 4 adults and two kids. The couches and beds were super comfy and all linens were clean.Was a little disappointed that only one roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom and that only two kitchen trash bags were provided - thankfully our group was small enough and our stay short enough that we managed but would be annoying for a longer stay. Also, to echo another review the "floor plan" of the house shown in the listing AND posted in the house doesn't totally match what the actual floor plan of the house is (shows an extra bedroom & bathroom). Also some instructions in the house contridict what they have in their house manual (e.g. don't set the air lower than 72 or higher than 76, but also set it to 78 when you leave).

The property was nice and located close to our stops.Property was not all as advertised. 1. The floorplan did not match the advertized floorplan.2. The TVs did not work and when property manager was called twice, it was never fixed and there seemed to be no concern by manager.Prperty was not fully cleaned. There were cheerios on the floor downstairs and.4. There was no shampoos nor soaps in the bathrooms. We had to go buy our own.Overall it served its purpose and we left it cleaner than we got it, but would not recommend Jeeves Management services.
