Perfect place to stay to visit St Quentin and the surrounding country. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant and comfortable, clean well-maintained apartment. Good central location between the town-centre and the railway station (10 minutes walk to each). Convenient parking in the street or in a large open free car park nearby (not always the case with similar properties around the town-centre). Efficient and friendly host.

Brilliant value for money and probably the best experience I have had on booking.com

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything you need for a self-catering stay is provided but it's just a short walk into town if you prefer to eat at one of the several good restaurants. There's a big free car park nearby but we were able to park just outside the apartment for our entire visit.

Tellement dégouté par l'établissement

La plus mauvaise expérience que j’ai vu sur Booking😤. Un sejour prévu pour 4j dans l'établissement, tout les démarches était effectué, on a payé tous les frais et même la caution dont il a demandé, qui était de 300€. C’est bien mentionné dans son annonce que l’heure d'entrée était libre comme bon nous semble même à minuit. On était prévue arrivé à 18h mais avec les imprévus sur les transports, on était sur place vers 20h30. C’est là que le cauchemar commence, on ouvre la boite à clef, mais rien, y avait pas de clef. On a essayé de contacter le propriétaire Mr Ardian plusieurs fois mais celui-ci décide de ne pas répondre. À 20h30 jusqu'à 21h00, on a essayé de le joindre, mais aucune réponse de sa part, j’ai envoyé un mail mais rien. Donc on était obligé de chercher un hôtel pour se réfugier la nuit, avec le froid et la fatigue du trajet qu’on a fait🤬 Donc imagine si on avait pas d'argent pour pouvoir faire face à ce genre de problème, je pense qu’on serait dans la rue durant la nuit avec le froid, vu qu’on était obligé de trouver un autre établissement pour passer notre séjour.

Superbe Apartement, que ce soit au niveau confort, propreté, tout était parfait. J’ai rarement vu un appartement qui sent aussi bon et aussi propre dans la région, je recommande à 100 %.
