Brilliant location

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment. As motorcyclists, we were able to use the courtyard to park in away from the road.

The email detailing access arrived after any time I could access it. I had to phone the owner who was helpful but our lack of language was difficult. Has the email arrived the day before then access would have been very goid

Okay for a stoppover for max 4 people

its in the city center and easy to reach from the motorway. comfortable beds in the two bedrooms. secure.

the extra bed in the lounge, we also found rubbish under that sofabed and clothes from previous tenants in the bathroom. the smell in the bathroom. and the utensils in the kitchen were poor.

Easy to find. Access instructions were very good. Clean and well appointed accomodation. Great location near the centre of the town. Local free parking 5 minute walk away.

Gardens are not well kept, but I didn't stay there to sit in the garden !!

old French style. Very well situated in the town centre. ideal for a stopover.

Sadly the previous occupants had been very careless and left the host having to apologise for bad faults, this didn’t spoil our stay though.

Fithy apartment. Offensive owner. Great location.

Great location.

Filthy apartment, which we needed to clean extensively but couldn't shift the stench from the drains or sofa. The objectionable owner blamed previous residents, informing us of damage at check-in time. Then accused us of wetting the bed!!!! Nuts.

Good value and Location for a family stay

Nice clean apartment for a family of five in charming old house near city centre with quick access from motorway. Good value for money. Nice bakery nearby for breakfast.

A little confusing to locate the right apartment within the building and work out how to get the key but a quick call to the owners fixed the problem.

No concierge, nothing translated in English, no staff onsite to liaise with, no hot water, very dirty & dangerous bumpy compound which is not good at all for my kids.

Belle appartement

Très beau logement bien équipé propre Dommage que les voisins du dessus soit bruyant Ça doit être du parquet au dessus Entre les pas et leurs ébats Dans La ch de gauche et le salon impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin Par contre la ch de droite il n y a pas d habitation au dessus donc pas de bruit

Fort bon emplacement, très bon contact. 6 couchages . Salle de bain bien équipée. Arrivée facile. Ensemble globalement sécurisé.

mais l'ensemble n'est pas très engageant à cause des espaces verts extérieurs pas entretenus. Isolation légère malgré la relative discrétion des voisins qui ne peuvent pas faire mieux... Je pense que la vaisselle est minimaliste malgré des appareils électro (bouilloire/micro ondes/ cafetièreS). Je ne suis pas sûre que le logement convienne à tous ( pavés... marche d'entrée assez haute).

Très délabré le sol était brûler de cigarette pas nettoyer nous avons fait le ménage à notre arriver odeur très désagréable infesté de fourmis dans l'entrée jusqu'au chambres donc obligé d'acheter en plis des produit ménager du produit pour les fourmis et évidemment la propriétaire nous a informé de l'état des lieu seulement à 10 min de notre arriver les photo non absolument riens à voir avec le logement je ne conseille pas du tout heureusement nous avons été la que pour 1 nuit on a même pas osé prendre une douche la haut

Parfait pour visiter la ville de St Quentin qui ne manque pas d’intérêt.

Logement très bien situé en centre-ville, calme, en rez-de-chaussée, stationnement facile. Bonne literie, draps bien repassés, tout était très propre. Renseignements clairs et détaillés pour les clés.

La marche très haute à l’entrée sans pouvoir se tenir.

La réactivité de l'hôte et à la présence sur place d'une personne dévouée et très disponible. Une excellente literie. La situation géographique. Pas de difficultés particulières pour se garer à proximité, nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser le Parking gratuit qui se trouve non loin de l'appartement. La proximité des commerces de bouche Le calme

Quelques petits manques au niveau des détails de confort domestiques résolus très rapidement grâce à la réactivité de l'hôte. On aimerait avoir à disposition un lave vaisselle et des couverts et verres en plus grand nombre.
