About this apartment rental
This newly renovated ground floor, corner unit, studio condo sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds. It features a bright, open feel. You’re just steps from the lifts and a two-minute drive or free ride on the green line shuttle from River Run Village or Lakeside Village. Slopeside Condominiums offers shared amenities, including two rooftop hot tubs. Renters will have access to a private ski locker during their stay.
The entryway has mounted hooks for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area has a mounted smart TV and an electric fireplace. There are two queen-sized beds and a sofa. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features a small refrigerator and a near-full-sized refrigerator/freezer, two microwaves, and dishwasher. There's a four-person dining area in the living area. The beautifully remodeled bathroom features a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Pros: proximity to ski runs, comfortable and clean unit, responsive rental company, well equiped kitchen, quiet unit despite its location near the side door.Cons: no black out blinds where the beds are so the outdoor light prevents you from sleeping well. Minor repairs needed like in the kitchen (leaky faucet, and missing griut in numerous tiles).Could be better: the lockbox with the spare keys was not clearly identifiable. The lockers for skis are not in the corridor but in the garage despite having these lockers on the unit floor. Also, the non smoking policy was not well respected and the floor was smelling pot and tobacco every day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The condo was bright, cheerful, warm, well-stocked, and location could not be beat. As a plaza level and end unit, the condo is steps away from the slopes. The basement garage is another nice bonus, warm and well lit for loading/unloading. Our few challenges were minor and the management team receptive (privacy gap in blinds facing bed & suggestion for bench or suitcase stand per bed).Overall all - great location, comfortable condo.Highly recommend!

Price was largely our reason for picking this spot, but the studio itself was great. However, we skiied at Arapahoe Basin, so I would recommend staying here if you're going to Keystone only. It's about a mile from River Run Village and we didn't have a car (you have to pick up rental keys from a different location from the unit, about a mile so north), so the location ended up being even more inconvenient for us. The corner unit is nice, but for my sense of security, it's not secure at all (windows all look out into the unit, so we didn't open them). Balcony is also straight from outside, so doesn't make sense for entering building with card but could easily go to "balcony"). Management was professional though and very easy to chat with. Overall, great in some areas; probably just not a great pick for what we needed and wanted
