Deeded beach access and trolley service offers the exclusivity travelers love when visiting the Village of South Walton.*
The Village Towne Centre features unique boutique kiosks designed to provide a full array of activities and items which maximize leisure for all beachgoers. Bike or walk to the area's famous Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, both of which surround the Village of South Walton.
*Trolley service unavailable Nov 1 through Feb 28/29; If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.

We couldn’t have asked for a cuter place to stay. The location was perfect - right it the middle of the action - but it was still quiet at night. We loved the decor and set up of the condo. Everything was great!

The condo was perfect! It was clean and spacious. It's a perfect location within most of Rosemary Beach's attractions. It was perfect for our long weekend!

the room and location were nice but the AC stopped the first night and when I told the owner they brought some fans but that did not really help. Also, no stove or oven to cook meals on which was unexpected since the ad said kitchen.
