Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Our family of 7 (5 adults and two kids) loved our stay here. We could have easily accommodated more people and had plenty of space to spread out. The property has a lot of great outdoor patios and spaces to enjoy. The interior is updated and even includes a stand alone ice maker. The complimentary bikes were also a plus.
Proximity to the beach isn't great, but the home is directly in front of a tram stop, a couple minute walk to the town square, and about a 5 minute walk to Rosemary Beach.
The check-in process was a little frustrating as you have to find the community pool when you first arrive to "check-in" to receive your map of the area, armbands, etc. That's a little difficult in the heat of the afternoon with luggage and no clue where to go, ha.
The only issues we had at the property were that the kitchen only had a Keurig and no standard coffee maker or tea kettle. No Keurig cups were provided, so we had to go out for coffee (which is pricey in this area). Additionally, the cable/internet were spotty. However, these were tiny details and we still had a wonderful stay! The area is adorable and all of the employees and community members we met were so nice! Shout out to Romaine at the pool!

We loved our time at this house. The location cannot be beat. When we arrived, the internet password listed was not correct, the bike like code was not correct, and a few of the bikes were not useable when we arrived. BUT... VRBO and the property manager were the nicest, friendliest, and most responsive group I have ever dealt with. 5 stars for the folks taking care of us. This house just needs "i"s dotted and "t"s crossed to tidy up the logistics and details. Also - If the details on how to gain beach access are not clear in your checkin docs, speak with the property manager. Beach access was easy and on Seacrest Beach... but we had to ask several times to get the details about it.
