A designated smoking area is located on the southeast corner of the complex, near the street. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid credit card to book, and a valid ID is required at check-in. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

The condo was clean and situated just a few steps from an amazing, pristine beach. The view was incredible. Interaction with the Manager was easy and responses were prompt.

The property has beautiful views; a lot of beach chairs/beach toys and umbrellas available. The host was responsive, and offered to make changes. A little TLC and upgrading would be suggested to focus on the overall cleanliness; fixing the bedroom door that did not shut; getting a new mattress pad for the pull out couch to include cleaning it each time.
