The homes open floor plan includes four spacious bedrooms upstairs and a private entranced 2 bedroom apartment downstairs which makes it quite comfortable for multi families, 6 couples or just a group of friends that want a private, relaxing vacation.
The house can comfortably sleep 12 and our large inside dining table has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy those fresh, daily caught fish meals.
You’re welcome to bring dogs for a $300 pet fee up to 2 dogs. Partially Fenced back yard. (Dogs are not allowed in pool)
Enjoy the beautiful canal waterfront views while relaxing on over 400 sq. feet of COVERED DECKS.
You will truly enjoy our SMART HDTV's throughout the home, private Wi-Fi, large inside dining area with stunning views, 2 comfortable outdoor dining & seating areas and pool. The boat dock is within the private back yard.
Park your boat on the private boat slip and take it out to Aransas Bay or the Gulf of Mexico for a day of fishing.

Welcome to Rockport!We met up with family on Christmas. The weather was warm and inviting. There were 9 of us, including kids, teens and elderly. What a great place to stay. The host, Tammye is very hospitable and attentive. We appreciate having her as a host. The house has it all, space, plenty of beds, kitchen with all the utensils, views, and quiet. There is a kids apartment downstairs with a game room, fridge and 2 sets of bunk beds. The pool is new and clean. There is a dock to fish off of, and we caught fish. Paddle boards and kayaks, too. The town is close by and has everything you need, restaurants, stores, coffee, bait, fresh fish and more. We had a blast and will definitely come back. Happy New Year!

We love this place! We have stayed multiple times and always found it clean and perfectly appointed. There is plenty of room for everyone in our large family. And, we almost always get to see a dolphin in the canal.

House was clean. Furniture was nice. Dishes were plentiful. Didn't like the stainless cookware so we bought non-stick pans. Enjoyed the pool although it is too small for swimming.

My family stayed here for a fishing trip and we really enjoyed it. The house was clean and spacious and it was nice relaxing in the pool. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we need. I would absolutely recommend this property.
