For days spent at the beach, travel just three blocks down King St. to meet the sandy shores. Feel like shopping? The home is just a few minutes away from Rockport's best shopping at the Heritage District. Reel Blessings' fenced yard offers privacy and space for the little ones to play. Take a dip in the private pool or hot tub with the beautiful oak trees providing natural shade. You can also choose to take a soak in the hot tub to unwind from the day. (Please note: There is a daily fee for heating the hot tub. The pool is not heated.) After the sun goes down gather friends and family around the firepit for fun stories and s’mores.

This house is amazingly spacious and cold, aka the AC’a work great! It’s so cutely decorated and has so much space. Beds are comfy, TV’s are ample, bathrooms were clean, washer and dryer were great, appliances are new, silverware and plates/dishes are new, and the flooring is perfect for a beachy location. Oh, and the pool/hot tub is awesome! It is so private and the easily seen from inside. Gorgeous backyard with plenty of room to grill and for the kids to play around in. We couldn’t get in with the code sent to us as the rental company didn’t prep it in time. When we called they fixed it… or so we thought until we were locked out again later. The rental company then reset our access code. While we loved everything about this unit, three things to make it even better would be these ideas. 1. Get better couches! The living room is amazing and perfectly located but the couches are uncomfortable and not cozy like what you want on vacation! 2. Fix the water faucets in the bathrooms to all reflect heat/cold. Some are backwards which made tor cold showers for some!3. Get the amazing, new ceiling fan in the living room working! It’s great, but nothing in the house turned it on for us to use. Amazing rental, so perfect for us and so close to town. I would recommend to everyone who comes to Rockport!

Overall our visit was great. My only "complaint" (and its probably a once in a lifetime occurance) is that there is not a doorbell for the guest to hear. This morning we woke up to the next door house on fire and we didn't hear the first person who came over to let us know. We did love the house and how spacious everything is. I would definitely stay again.

My family loved being all together in one house but not feeling like we were right on top of each other. The house was decorated nicely and quite spacious. The only issue we had was that the pool didnt get cleaned and the hot tub warmed before we got there. That was disappointing but they did come the next day and fixed the problem. Afterward we had an amazing time.Also, I realize not everyone will appreciate it but we loved reading the scripture verses on the wall.

Previous review commented about cleanliness so I brought this up with PM. Entrance way to the house is dirty - not the best way to start. Smudges on door frame and door. Flooring is all tile and is dirty. My feet were black after only walking barefoot a few hours. There’s a Swifter in the house but I bought a mop and pail to scrub the floors before my aunts arrived.
I reported the lawn needed attention prior to check in but this was not taken care of prior to or during the stay. Grass was two feet tall in areas of the backyard.
The pool deck area requires daily sweeping as does the pool. Pool temp is adequate and controls are onsite. Pool cleaner came one day and altered the valves so all the hot water I was paying for dumped into the pool vice the spa for about four hours. .
House lights flicker when AC starts. Ceiling fan switch in living room works sporadically.
Smoke detector in kitchen kept going off and had to be removed.
Dishwasher alarm goes off when door is open and cycle has started. This was difficult locate as it was loud enough to be heard but not discernible.
Dishes had to be run through the dishwasher as they appeared to have a layer of film. It looked like what forms after a bug bomb goes off.
Dead roaches in dining room and bedrooms.
Spider webs over dining room table light fixture.
Cutting board with mold/mildew found in drawer.
