Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Es sind zwei schöne, gleichwertige Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Die Lage ist prima für Ausflüge in die Region, die Straße am Haus hat uns nicht gestört. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Wanderurlaub. Ich hatte meinem Papa zum 60. Geburtstag einen Kurzurlaub am Wilden Kaiser geschenkt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der tollen modernen Wohnung. Der Supermarkt und zwei Wirtshäuser sind fussläufig erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in einer super ausgestatteten, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Lieben Dank für den Willkommenstrunk und die leckere Schokolade. Die Lage ist zentral zur Bushaltestelle, Kneipp Anlage, Supermarkt und verschiedenen Lokalitäten, so dass man nicht nur am Tag sondern auch am Abend das Auto stehen lassen kann. Durch die zentrale Lage hat man leider in dieser Wohnung in den Schlafräumen und auf dem Balkon den Durchgangsverkehr der vor dem Gebäude befindlichen Straße. Wenn man bei geschlossenem Fenster oder einen gesunden tiefen Schlaf hat sollte einem gelungenen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung nichts im Weg stehen.

Das ist die sauberste FeWo gewesen die ich je gesehen habe, es hat a nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Ich würde sofort dort einziehen. Vielen Dank an die Gast Familien

Die Vermieterin war super nett und hat sich sofort nach der Buchung telefonisch gemeldet. Der Check-In war reibungslos. Die Ferienwohnung selber war ebenfalls überragend und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Sieht live sogar besser aus, als auf den Fotos. Wir reisen viel und haben grundsätzlich hohe Ansprüche. Diese wurden alle erfüllt und wir hatten einen tollen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Region bietet sehr viel Unterhaltung für Familien mit Kindern. Vielen Dank!

.... die Wohnung Jade liegt auf Seite der Strasse mit erhöhtem Lärmpegel. Im Sommer, wenn die Fenster über Nacht zum kühlen offen bleiben sollten, ist es nicht gerade empfehlenswert.

Super modern ausgestattete Wohnung z.B. noch nie so viele verschiedene Gläser in einer FeWo gesehen und auch der private Skiraum und die Tiefgarage sind toll. Da direkt vor der Tür auch der Skibus abfährt und es 200m zum Spar/Bäckerei sind - was will man mehr!

Wir haben uns hier sehr Wohl gefühlt, dass Apartment war sehr sauber und sehr schön aufgeteilt mit einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Skiwelt. Die Tiefgarage, welche wir als Ausgang wie Eingang zum Skifahren benutzt haben ist perfekt. Der für unser Apartment separate Skikeller bzw Skiraum war mit allen nötigen Möbeln bestens ausgestattet. Von diesem ging es per Fahrstuhl in unser tolles Apartment.

Hezký lyžařský pobyt v Scheffau

Hezký lyžařský pobyt v Scheffau

Jedná se apartmánový dům s pěti byty v obci Scheffau. Byl postaven v roce 2014. Bydleli jsme v prvním patře, v bytě Jade. Byli jsme zde na lyžování v únoru 2018. Celý dům je velmi chytře provozován, což umožňuje být v minimálním kontaktu s majiteli. S majitelem (uváděl o sobě. že pochází z Belgie, pravděpodobně bydlí v jiném zařízení než v tomto) jsme se osobně viděli jen jednou, když jsme řešili, že teplá voda neteče v čase mezi 22:30 až 5:30. Majitel šetří přírodu tím, že zbytečně neohřívá vodu v časech, ve kterých se spí. Trochu nám to zkomplikovalo život, protože když jsme první den přijeli později (jeli jsme do Rakouska dlouhou cestu z ciziny), měli jsme problém s dětmi, které se odmítaly umýt ve studené vodě. Majitel bytu nad naší připomínkou ohledně teplé vody pro hosty opravdu přemýšlel a také nám vyšel vstříc - řekl nám, že až přijede v dubnu servisní technik, požádá ho o přenastavení teplé vody. Děkujeme moc! V našem domě doma si vodu umíme nastavit poměrně snadno, ale je pravda, že nemáme dům s pěti byty, zde je to asi složitější. Majitel hovoří dobře anglicky, němčinu jsme nezkoušeli. Velmi chytře je řešeno předání klíčů, protože jsou přímo na místě k převzetí ve venkovním trezoru, takže můžete přijet i v nočních hodinách. Navíc všechny své dveře otevíráte jediným klíčem. Chytré! To oceňuji. Velmi velkou výhodou domu je výtah, který umožňuje dostat se přímo od dveří vašeho apartmánu až do prostorných podzemních garáží a vašeho soukromého prostoru pro odkládání lyží s vyhřívaným sušákem lyžařských bot. Auto jsme bohužel museli nechat na jednom z pěti bezplatných venkovních parkovacích míst, protože se nám do garáže se střešním boxem nevlezlo (vjezd je omezen na výšku 2.05m) a věci jsme si tak vždy ze střešního boxu do odkládací místnosti v suterénu donesli (není to daleko, cca 50 metrů, dle mého odhadu). Byt Jade má velkorysé balkóny, odkud si užijete výhled na sjezdovky (velmi dobře dostupné autem, cca 500m k dolní stanici hlavní lanovky) a provoz na silnici za plotem domu nás prakticky nerušil, okna jsme měli většinou zavřená. Byt má kvalitní nábytek, hezkou kuchyňskou linku (majitel nám poskytl také mycí prostředky a jednu tabletu na den do myčky, děkujeme!), pohodlné postele (trochu nám vadilo, že jsme si při spaní nemohli regulovat teplotu, v noci bylo docela horko) a velmi hezkou, útulnou, koupelnu. Ocenil jsem internetové/bluetooth rádio. Celkově se nám pobyt líbil, děkujeme majiteli za poskytnutí příjemného ubytování.
