It wasn't what I expected the service was very poor

1. When you have to go in the morning you have to call the staff to open the gate 2. The room was not cleaned on daily basis 3. No coffee or tea in the room 4. No towels I. The room 5. And the worst of it all the tv is only for you tube no channels at all.you can't watch anything. 6 the pillows are hard and very hard

It was terrible especially due to the rats running in the roof. We couldnt get any rest.

The Room was nice.

There was rats in our roof the entire night. There was rats in the smoking area outside of our room. Our room was outside a dumping area and the was a terrible smell. We had to keep the windows closed. The Mini Fridge didnt work. The wall scurtings in the show is loose so dirt keep falling into the shower as well as rat droppings. The staff said that they have informed the owners however their complaints fall on deaf ears.

I couldnt stay the 2 nights I booked for, the place was horrible. Booking.com please look at this

The receptionist was nice on arrival. the property

The parking arrangements are horrible, you have to park in someone's car and then be called to remove your car in the middle of your stay. The bed was so horrible it has this big hole. The Wi-Fi they said they have on the app, its not working, the TV couldn't play ( I even complained to the reception about it but guess what, nothing was done The noise until 1am it felt like a brothel.

Reception lady was a bit nice

I stayed 5 days I used the same towels my room was not cleaned my daily amenities were not replaced daily I had to ask for soap from a next door neighbor. I had to ask for toilet paper. The cleaner only wants to hustle money out of clients. The other client had a party on Saturday with 16 girls and 6 men in the lounge area, singing and shouting, breaking glasses next to my room 612 I had to leave and book a new place to sleep. The bed was terrible. The gate is sometimes by hand and sometime by remote which is confusing you can ring the bell sometimes they don’t answer. And you will wait long hours at the gate. The room was cold I asked for a heater they did not have no mention of trying to offer an extra blanket. The cleaner made us wait outside for 12 minutes as she was mopping. I never got a remote for my TV for the whole stay I wasn’t even afforded an opportunity to watch TV.

Room was comfortable and pleasant , even though its not the room we booked .

When we got to the place , we didnt get the room we booked for , the price was also not the same as on the booking , we had to pay extra . Secondly regards to the check out time , we requested to check out abit later hence we arrived late and communication was done before arriving at the venue , but no responds was given back to us , when we had to check out the following day , one of the staff was banging roughly on the door telling us we should pay extra if another hour is added , because its almost 10am and we need to leave .

There was rotten food in the fridge from the previous guests. Also in a microwave a plate of fowl smelling food was found., when I wanted to warm up something.

Cockroach infestation old torn bedding no proper crockery/cutlery/cookwear One of the workers/receptionists had friends visiting and partying there on the public holiday - they were making a noise and smoking weed

Upon check in, they said they ran out of milk and coffee, hence nothing in room. Carpet very dirty, all night noise, bedside cupboards fell apart, fowl odour...want me to go on...TV remote inoperative and held together with masking tape

The receptionist had no idea about my booking when I called to say we will be checking in late. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. 5 bars of used soap in the bathroom! The towels we were given were damp!..... the walls are so thin we could hear the man next door clearing his throat for about 30 minutes. Never mind hear him snore! We were woken up at 4.30am with the receptionist on a phone call, she spoke so loud we could hear the whole conversation. Someone had parked us in, so the guest had to be woken up at 5am to move his car as the parking cannot park vehicles in that are easily accessible.

i truly appreciated the staff taking care of us. was a bit dissapointed that there was no coffee but non the less was a good experience.

My room smelled like weed, the people down stairs were making so much noise and fighting with each other till 3 in the morning, doors were slammed and people was drunk reffing the cars and the staff did nothing about it

Not value for money .

Good location. Receptionist Loic was kind , welcoming and helpful. And one of the lady at the reception (day manager) was helpful.

Cleanliness !!! The bedding (sheets)were not clean and washed. I had to get the staff to change after checking in . No toileteries contrary to what's advertised. Kitchen counters and inside kitchen cupboard not clean . I had to wipe counter myself. One of the lady at the reception (short hair ) needs a little more training in speaking to clients.

Beautiful place but it's the small things that made the stay not the best

Noisy throughout the night

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. Hot shower with Turkish towels.

They don't adhere to the house rules of making NO noise after hours. Visitors were coming and going until 4.20 am. Loud conversations throughout the night were very disturbing.

Very noisy facility and staff had no control over noisy, drunk, partying tenants. Walls so thin you can hear all conversations from rooms next door.

There was no remote or keys given for the gate. Had to wait for 10 mins outside in the dark for someone to open the gate as no one was answering the bell. Nextflix wasn’t working, therefore I couldnt watch anything beside YouTube. And the wifi connection wasn’t good
