Location is right in the middle of the CBD along Long Street, about 5 min walk away from Bo Kaap. No lifts/elevators so do expect to carry your luggage up the stairs up to 3 stories. Staff was very friendly and helpful, with lots of excursion ideas. The room was mixed. On one hand, the bed was very comfortable, and generally clean. On the other, the shower door was broken, and I saw a cockroach. The toilet as a whole probably needs to be refreshed. Facilities were basic, muffins and coffee/tea were provided in the morning. They do have a microwave though.

Nice hot shower and a comfy bed, however the WiFi seems to be very weak in some rooms. The staff was super helpful and let me change rooms right away, which made it better.
