Poor cleaning of the property especially if people had dogs they did not clean the house well..there was dog hair everywhere…not so much a vacation if you have to sweep yourself on a place you paid for to be clean to begin with. No cell reception even the Wi-Fi provided did not work properly specially for someone who expects work calls. They should properly inform the renters about these things so that way people can book accordingly to their needs.
