Highly desirable location of St. Augustine Beach. Just 1 mile to grocery stores & countless local restaurants. Old historic downtown St. Augustine is found by exiting the community and heading north on A 1 A until you dead end in the heart of it after you cross the famous Bridge of Lions! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed to feel right at home. You can tell the owners truly care about their guests and take pride in the property. Communication was great from start to finish, and the entire experience was stress-free and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and beautiful place to stay!

Seaplace is one of favorite spots to stay! Family friendly environment. Everything is so close and convenient. Super clean rental.

Place you can tell hasnt had much repairs. Fans from 1970. Dishes from dollar store. Light switches need attention. Showeg in master very dangerous. Can tell owner is cheap and dont want to reinvest profits back into unit. Blindes cheap walmart quality
