The falt is located very close to the train station and tram stop for the city center. The flat is spacious and can easily fit a large family. It is also very close to a large supermarket.
The check out-time of 10 am is bit early, but we contacted the landlord and arrranged later check-out without additional fee. Also, the flat is on the second floor and there is no lift. This was not a problem for us, but could be an issue for some guests.

Personal sehr freundlich, es wurde sich sofort um alles gekümmert wenn man ein Anliegen hatte. Die Lage ist top! Alles gut zu erreichen und auch eine Bahnhaltestelle ist direkt dort.
Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, es gibt einen Pizzaservice direkt unten.
Als ich ankam war das erste Appartement leider etwas verschmutzt. Nachdem ich aber Bescheid gesagt hatte, konnte ich umgehend tauschen und das abends um 22:00. Der Vermieter war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, nur 100 Meter von der nächsten Haltestelle der Straßenbahn (Linien 2 & 5) und eine Tram-Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Sie enthält praktisch alles, was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nötig ist, einschl. Küchen- und sanitärer Ausstattung. Die Räume sind großzügig, das Bett ist gepflegt und groß. Der Preis ist - gemessen an anderen Angeboten - erträglich.
Kleine Verbesserungen wären: Licht müsste unbedingt erneuert werden (nur wenige von reichlichen Deckenlampen funktionieren), zusätzliche Gardinen zu den vorhandenen Vorhängen würden tagsüber erwünschtem Sichtschutz geben, der Fernseher könnte eine Bedienungsanleitung vertragen - wir konnten nur ein Programm empfangen. Ansonsten: Unterkunft ist durchaus zu empfehlen.
