Good place to stay. 4 guys playing golf at St Mellion

The sites pub food was reheated and not great. Hot tub needs some maintenance

inside the lodge is beautiful and there is everything you could want. bedrooms downstairs with bathrooms and living space and kitchen upstarts.

the area immediately outside the lodge was wild and unkept. this made the initial appearance seem scruffy.

The unsafe approach to the property . There was uneven and loose broken steps leading to the property. The tarmac slope was uneven and very slippery . Not safe. The handrails along side the path were all rotten and falling apart and not at a safe height . They should be 1.5 metres high but were not even a metre. The garden had not been maintained. It didn’t set a good first impression . Over grown bushes ,nettles and grass everywhere We had to brush away nettles to get into the property as they were blocking access to the door. My grandson got stung by the nettles which I was not happy about. Cob webs all over the decking which could of been easily taken care of with a brush. Broken solar lamps alongside the foot path . Tools left by the hot tub . It looked untidy from the outside Once we got inside there was a horrible fusty smell to the property. It smelt damp! The smell seemed to originate from the shower room. It wasn’t pleasant and seeing febreeze available under the kitchen sink rang alarm bells.
