Most things about the property. Recently refurbished with new kitchen and shower
Beds a bit soft. However , The heated towel rail in the bathroom was switched on to highest level. The rail was 18 to 20 inches from the end of the toilet seat with little room to move. My wife went to the toilet on the first night and when moving grazed the heated towel rail and badly burnt herself on the arm. Your thoughts and comments would be appreciated on this as it was a few days before it cooled down, despite being reduced to the lowest level straight away, and we had to put towels over the heater to prevent it happening again. This was a danger to anyone using the toilet as an Adult. Look forward to your comments?
