About this house rental

This brand new modern family home is situated in the heart of Motueka, walking distance to town, bars and cafes. It features an 82inch flat screen tv, soundbar, Google Home, Spa pool, sauna, outdoor entertainment area with a louvred pergola, washing machine and dryer, double door fridge/freezer with ice maker, weber BBQ, pizza oven, fully equipped kitchen, very confy couch and a double internal garage. The house is equipped with 20 solar panels on the roof which run the house during the day and feeds back to the grid unused power. The holiday home is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, biking and swimming.

We stayed with friends at Chappie’s Place in Motueka and couldn’t have stayed any place betterEveryone comented on how superbly comfortable the beds were and location was excellent being walking distance to shops and cafesThe property was so clean and tidy that we felt we were the first group to ever stay thereComplements to the cleaner!
