This elegant, architecturally designed residence in Little Kaiteriteri provides comfort, space; outstanding bay views - and it`s only 300 metres from the shoreline!
Enjoy apartment-style living with a degree of privacy available for your family .
The upper floor comprises two wings; there`s a luxurious kitchen with quality appliances and open plan living-dining where you can relax and enjoy the glorious views of the beach, ocean and islands. A light and airy gallery-style `bridge` links to the sitting room, study and the staircase; descend to the main bedroom with an ensuite, second bedroom and bathroom, also the large laundry/utility, which holds 2x single beds
Outside the drive provides parking and turning space for vehicles.
The grounds are landscaped and terraced with mature shrubs and trees to attract native birds (particularly tuis). A productive vegetable garden along with citrus, table grapes and berries can offer a bounty for your table.
The location of this home is delightful. Only a 15 minute drive from Motueka, Little Kaiteriteri is a tranquil settlement and has a sandy beach and safe swimming.
Grab a nearby water taxi to the Abel Tasman, or go mountain biking, kayaking or fishing. Perfect.
NB The master bedroom is locked and not available to guests , as is the internal garage and lift.
