This property is magnificent. If you are traveling to Grand Turk this is the nicest rental property on the island. The host communicates multiple times before arrival and provides helpful information. Then upon arrival there is a zero stress transfer from the airport. The house is meticulously maintained and perfectly clean. The host provides many thoughtful amenities for guest comfort and entertainment (air conditioning, good beds, stocked kitchen, scooters, bicycles, a car! and more). The pool is beautiful and just a couple of steps beyond are turquoise blue waters, empty beaches with soft sand, amazing shells and breathtaking sunsets. If you want to slow down a bit and get away from the crowds Grand Turk is a great destination and this house is a perfect place to call home.

We had an amazing experience. Joe goes above and beyond in terms of amenities and information, and the property itself is in great condition and even better than described. I highly recommend this property for families with kids.

Joe has thought of everything! The house was better than described. The view was breath taking. The house was incredibly clean and well taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about the house and hospitality. The island is laid back and low key. Go to relax and unwind. Everyone is very pleasant. We will be back
