About this house rental
We have come to Turks & Caicos for 20 + years, we found this idyllic location for sale a few years ago and snapped it up! Situated on one acre on the Pumpkin Bluff Beach, the most exclusive beach on the island and a mini Grace Bay, being here is pure paradise. My wife and I designed, built and furnished our home called Fox Tail Palm Villa and it is now ready for guests!
From the large sliding glass doors in the living room and both bedrooms, look over the built in pool to the blues and greens of the ocean. Step out of the sliding glass doors and onto the patio, protected from the sun in the center, and have your morning coffee, lunch or dinner al fresco at the comfortable table and chairs overlooking the pool and the ocean. Jump in the pool or walk right down to your own private 110 foot beach and take a dip in the calm beautiful waters of Pumpkin Bluff. Take a nap in the blissful hammock between the trees on the beach, or sit in the Brazillian hammock in the gazebo and read a book or fall asleep. Total serenity is waiting for you.
If you'd like some exercise, bring your snorkeling gear, or use the gear provided at the house. There's plenty to see right in front of the house! Take out a kayak and explore the shores along Pumpkin Bluff and beyond, or take a long walk along the very secluded beach. You actually may not see another person!

The Villa was absolutely beautiful. Host was very communicative and answered any questions I had. Air conditioning was awesome in every room! The beach was right there! Just a little walk past the pool, which was so nice to float in daily. We will be returning for sure!

The place was as advertised. Beautiful and peaceful. Property manager was responsive. Everything felt new. Linens were comfortable. And kitchen had everything we needed.
